  • Job Responsibility

  • Handle inbound airline customer calls professionally.

  • Assist passengers with booking, cancellations, rescheduling, and flight information.

  • Provide baggage, refund, and ticketing support.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring first-call resolution.

  • Record call details and escalate complex issues when required.

  • Maintain airline policies, compliance, and quality standards.

  • Educational Requirement

  • Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

  • Freshers may apply, but preference will be given to candidates with customer service/airline domain knowledge.

  • Experience Requirement

    0–2 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

  • Additional Requirement

    • English fluency is compulsory (both spoken and written).

    • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.

    • Basic computer knowledge.
