We are hiring passionate and energetic individuals to join our Airline Customer Support team. This role involves handling inbound calls, resolving queries, and delivering world-class customer experiences for leading airline clients.

Job Responsibility
Handle inbound airline customer calls professionally.
Assist passengers with booking, cancellations, rescheduling, and flight information.
Provide baggage, refund, and ticketing support.
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring first-call resolution.
Record call details and escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain airline policies, compliance, and quality standards.

Educational Requirement
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers may apply, but preference will be given to candidates with customer service/airline domain knowledge.

Experience Requirement
0–2 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

Additional Requirement
English fluency is compulsory (both spoken and written).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
Basic computer knowledge.
